“[Allison] I was diagnosed with a 3″ Deep Vein Thrombosis (DVT) in my right calf and multi Pulmonary Embolisms (PE) in both lungs on May 27, 2018. After spending 4 days in ICU, the Doctor’s said the cardiovascular strength of exercise and more specifically indoor cycling at FlyWheel SAVED MY LIFE.”
“[Allison] I had very few traditional symptoms and quickly realized blood clots are rarely discussed; affect all genders, ages, races and levels of health. As a result, I created The Quiet Clot™, a community geared towards blood clot awareness, prevention, recovery and support.

Join us for a Karma Yoga Class for Autism Speaks on April 6th at 2pm! A Carolina Sweat class taught by Lisa Felton Gajdzis. $10 CASH ONLY and all proceeds will go to Autism Speaks.
This cause is very close to our hearts. We love Kelley Benes Gant and her son Harrison!
Harrison is my sweet 4 year old little boy that was diagnosed with level 2 nonverbal autism at the age of 3, but our families journey with autism really began weeks after Harrison’s 2nd birthday. Since Harrison was 2 years old, he has been in a variety of therapies to help him “catch up” with his peers. Harrison has come so far and worked so very hard to achieve the goals he has reached. Without services like early intervention, therapies like speech, occupational therapy, physical therapy and behavioral therapy Harrison would not be the happy successful child he is today. Because of these services Harrison has exploded to into a very happy, loving, curious little boy that is even starting to try and talk; something at one point I believed would not be possible. Donations to Autism Speaks help children and adults with autism as well as their families by funding programs, services, and research as well as bringing awareness to Autism Spectrum Disborder. These services are life changing to a person with ASD as well as to their families. Please come out and get your yogi on while supporting a great cause!
Please join us for this amazing class! Book your spot today!
